Check-in / Check-out policy

Check in from 14:00-18.00. Later on appointment
Check out until 10:30. Our reception is on the ground floor of the apartment building. We have two enterances. Frontside and backside.  Front is on the site of the metro station Bullewijk. Back side can be best used when you arrive by taxi or car ring doorbell at Heesterveld 17.

In case of early arrival or late flight on the departure day, you do not have worry about your luggage, as you can also leave it at our reception and pick it up on appointment.

Credit card will be pre-authorised (reservation) 30 days upon arrival. Payment at arrival with credit card, debit card or cash

Pets are only allowed on special request in advance.

Group Policy

Group stay on request. Online booking max 6 persons. If you would like to stay with more than 6 persons please send us a request. For group stay above 6 persons we ask 100% payment in advance non refundable and extra cleaning costs of 15 euro per person.

General policy

You can book our rooms and apartments online through our website with instant confirmation. We accept reservations only with credit card guarantee. By providing these details you authorises to debit all cancellation fees that might accrue to this credit card. Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. All our rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking on the blaconies is allowed. Our reception is open from 08.00 -18.00.  Earlier or later check in or check out on appointment.
All room prices are inclusive 9% VAT and exclusive 7%  tourist tax.
Minimum stay is two nights.
Tourism tax is 3 euro per person per night.
